We take bookings for the 3 month period ahead.
A 25% or $500 (higher value) non-refundable deposit is required to book with the balance due at minimum 7 days before event.

We provide table linen in two colour themes for you to choose; white tablecloth & natural napkins or white tablecloth & navy napkins. We use beautiful high quality 100% European Flax Linen. You are more than welcome to use your own linen should you wish to.
For larger groups or unique table arrangements, your own table cloths will need to be arranged.
Dinner service will usually take between 2-3 hours depending on the pace.

We are based on the Surf Coast in Victoria. Bookings in Melbourne and beyond require higher spends or travel fees depending on the size of your event and menu choice. Please enquire to confirm.
Travel fees apply for locations further than 30 minutes from Aireys Inlet. Calculated based on travel time of $70ph each way. Eg. If you are 1hr 30 mins away, you will be charged 1 hour each way (30 mins each way included in price).

Melbourne (within 15km of CBD) - $1500
Everywhere else - $2100

We can cater to dietary requirements for individual guests with notice.
A vegetarian menu is available for guests upon request at time of booking.
Our menu is changed seasonally, the sample menu is a guide only and will evolve and change throughout the season. The menu will be confirmed with you when booking and minor changes may occur due to supply.
Menu alterations are subject to price changes.
